Property Purchase Services Directory
Buying property in NSW means working with more than just an agent. Somewhere along the way you'll likely need a mortgage broker, a conveyancer, maybe a building inspector, possibly others, and finding people worth trusting for each one usually means asking around or scrolling through generic search results, hoping for the best.
This directory is a more direct way in. It's a list of independent professionals across NSW, organised into 15 regions and categories, so you can compare a few real options in one place rather than starting from zero.
These are independent businesses. We haven't vetted, endorsed, or partnered with any of them, and appearing in this directory isn't our recommendation. Do your own due diligence: compare a few, read what past clients say, and ask directly how each professional gets paid before you commit to working with one. Fees, service levels, and what's included vary business to business, so confirm the details that matter to you rather than assuming.

How to use this directory
Some categories matter earlier in the buying process than others. Finance, for instance, tends to shape almost everything that follows, so it's often worth sorting first. Filtering by category as you go, rather than trying to line every professional up at once, is generally the more useful way to use this.
Use the category filter to find the type of professional you're after, and the region filter to narrow to your area, or hit Show All to browse everyone. Once you've narrowed things down, you can also sort by price range or reviews to compare more closely.
If you're not sure where to start, browsing by your own region is usually the fastest way in. Most buyers end up better off comparing two or three options side by side than going with the first name they come across.
